I made up the dough weeks ago, not realizing before I started that we didn't have enough flour. I was in a bad mood so continued anyways and just put it all the flour we had, not knowing how much it actually was. I tried making some, but they were flat as pancakes, so I froze the rest of the dough. We bought more flour a few days ago and I finally got around to thawing the dough. Since I didn't know how much flour I had put in before, I just put in more until I thought it *felt* like what cookie dough should feel like. Best decision ever made.... so much better than anything store bought!
ETA: Days later, with nothing done to purposely keep them this way, they are still chewy and perfect!
